Product Research and Development

One of the main factors that contributes throughout the course of KLEEMANN's development is the operation of the Research & Development department.

It is an active department staffed with engineers of high-level scientific background, constantly improving all of the company's products and guided both by the market trend and its requirements, without forgetting to constantly observe all competitors' products.

Having created all these years the most satisfactory procedures for the effecting of product development (full product study and design - prototype production - quality control and prototype testing - zero production - final quality control and testing - regular production), it achieved a modernization in a flexible and continuous manner, and consequently a realization of a total lift modernization in 3 years - a very satisfactory period considering today's facts.

The full study and design of a new product is carried out by means of the most highly developed CAD 3D programs, through which a full assembly of the product, a strength calculation and also a motion analysis are carried out. In this way, the development department, since the beginning, has minimized the potential production or geometrical mistakes.


After a full study and design is completed, the production of the prototype follows up, which is tested in actual conditions into a double shaft unit (photo). The double shaft unit was created solely for the research and development tests in the special sector of the company. The operation of any product in real conditions gives the opportunity for a full documentation and improvement of the product, before entering into the manufacturing process.
