The Company announces that the annual Consolidated Financial Statements in respect for the year ending 31 December 2003 which had been compiled, audited and legally published, in the INCOME STATEMENT for the year ending 31st of December 2003, specifically in the account "Provisions of devaluations of holdings & securities", an amount of € 1.056.577,50 is reflected by oversight instead of the correct zero, thus the account "NET PROFITS BEFORE TAXES" reflects the amount of € 7.179.652,81 instead of the correct € 8.236.230,31, the account "SHAREHOLDERS' NET PROFITS BEFORE TAXES" reflects the amount of € 7.074.109,00 instead of € 8.130.686,50 and the account "SHAREHOLDERS' NET PROFITS AFTER TAXES" reflects the amount of € 5.204.908,46 instead of € 6.261.485,96.

It is noted that in the CONSOLIDATED SUMMARY FINANCIAL STATEMENT as at 31 December 2003, which was compiled, audited and legally published, the amounts of the relevant accounts are the correct figures.
