KLEEMANN's manufacturing plants are equipped with state-of-the-art, highly automated mechanical equipment with high production capacity.

The mechanical equipment consists mainly of mechanical processing machines such as lathes of various lengths, piston grinders, CNC lathe machines, Super Finishing HONING machines, machining centers, cutting machines, presses, PUNCHING machine, iron plate shearing and forming LASER machine, welding ROBOT, electric welding automatic machines, coating installations (dye houses), drills and a variety of other small metal and wood treatment machines..

The entire mechanical equipment is maintained in an excellent condition and is framed with all the necessary internal transport facilities (reach trucks and crane bridges).

The main machines bought recently with the purpose to modernize the mechanical equipment:

LASER Technology machine, for iron plate treatment by the world-famous German company TRUMPF. It treats the iron - plate of an up to 22 mm thickness automatically after all the components have been computer-designed. It is robot technology with automatic raw material feed automatic storage of components that are manufactured.

PUNCHING technology machine, (TRUMPF). It is also of robotic technology for an automatic treatment of iron plates after it has been computer - designed.

Engineering center. Ideal for the improvement of special engineering, for difficult components such as safety gear blocks etc.

CNC lathe with automatic propulsion (GILDEMEISTER). It replaces 2 - 3 classic lathes.

Power Unit's Welding Robot (REIS). For productivity increase and an improvement of the quality of the weldings.

Main dye house, painting line for car frames, power units, cabins etc, degreasing tunnel, phosphatase, two furnaces, drying machines and two drying cabins. It reduced the time of the drying by 40% and improved at a large extent the quality of the drying of the products.

Complete production, control and marking unit and of the elastic hoses (UNIFLEX). Elastic tubes test 100%.

CNC Lathe O300, GILDEMEISTER

Chamfering presses of 110 and 200 tons, state of the art technology, 6 axes, for the development of production and quality of cabins and special constructions (car frames).

A special reach truck for storage, with the purpose of economizing on space (storage in height measurement), as well as specially constructed shelves, boxes etc. for the set-up of the store room of the plant.
